Crowning Table

+1(V) axis: To ensure the machining accuracy of each workpiece, our machine is equipped with a specialized mechanical tie rod deflection compensation worktable. This innovative solution controls the convex amount across the entire worktable length, enabling precise deflection compensation. The compensation worktable comprises numerous wedge sets with varying angles, driven by a motor to form an optimal convex curve based on the system's signals. This setup provides comprehensive compensation, counteracting any deformation of the slider's worktable under stress, thereby enhancing component quality. Additionally, winding compensation between the worktable and slider can be adjusted based on ground pressure, with the pre-convex amount regulated by a numerical control device. By entering data about sheet thickness, lower die opening, and tensile strength into the system, the bending force and compensation values are automatically calculated, ensuring a consistently precise pre-bulge with each bend.
