This compensation worktable consists of multiple strategically angled wedges, driven by a motor to create an ideal convex curve based on system signals. This enables efficient compensation for worktable slider deformation under stress, significantly boosting part quality. The unique mechanism allows incremental adjustment of the compensation between the worktable and slider according to ground pressure, with pre-convex control managed by an advanced numerical control device. By inputting data on sheet thickness, die opening, and tensile strength into the numerical control system, the machine autonomously determines the requisite bending force and compensation values for the worktable and slider. Consequently, precise pre-bulge amounts are achieved with each and every bend.
