Crowning Table

In the compensation worktable, It consists of multiple sets of wedges with different angles. They can be driven by the motor to form a set of ideal position plus convex curves according to the given signal of the system. Perfect compensation is realized on the whole length to offset the deformation of the working table of the slider under the stress state and improve the quality of the parts. In this way, the winding compensation between the worktable and the slider can be increased or decreased according to the ground pressure, and the pre-convex amount of the convex device is controlled by the numerical control device. After the data about the thickness of the sheet, the opening of the lower die and the tensile strength are input into the numerical control system, the bending force and the compensation value of the worktable and the slider are automatically determined. As a result, a precise amount of pre-bulge can be obtained every time it is bent.
