Hydraulic System
1. The system is powered by a state-of-the-art proportional servo valve group from German BOSCH company, featuring a compact structure, superior sealing, precise synchronous control, and enhanced longevity.
2. Our oil pump, crafted by an American joint venture, is an internal gear pump built to endure high pressure while maintaining low noise levels.
3. The oil cylinder's sealing is guaranteed by high-quality elements from Japan NOK . The cylinder block and piston rod are expertly crafted in a single process using Japan's Toshiba five-axis linkage floor boring and milling machine, complemented by precision machining on Japan's Dari M132/300 CNC lathe. The inner cylinder surface is finely honed, while the piston rod's outer surface benefits from vibration grinding.
4. The oil level and temperature are clearly and intuitively displayed for effortless monitoring.
5. Robust safety is assured with an overload overflow protection mechanism.
6. A high-precision guidance and position measurement system, coupled with a hydraulic equalization function, caters to the demands of full-length processing with ease.
7. Designed for continuous operation under rated load, this machine ensures a leak-free, stable, and precise hydraulic system performance.
8. Utilizing an external large-diameter filling valve, we achieve high precision and minimal loss.
Crowning Table
+1(V) axis: To guarantee exceptional machining accuracy, our mechanical tie rod deflection compensation worktable is engineered for precision. It meticulously controls the convexity of the worktable, providing accurate deflection compensation along its entire length. Comprising multiple wedge sets with varying angles, these can be motor-driven to form an ideal position curve based on system signals. This achieves perfect compensation, negating slider-induced worktable deformation and enhancing part quality. Thus, the compensation between the worktable and slider can be finely adjusted based on ground pressure, with the pre-convex amount managed by numerical controls. Once sheet thickness, lower die opening, and tensile strength data are input into the system, it automatically calibrates the bending force and compensation value, ensuring precise pre-bulge for every bend.
