This approach offsets working table deformation under stress, enhancing part quality by adjusting worktable-slider winding compensation as per ground pressure. The numerical control device manages the convex device's pre-convex amount by inputting data about sheet thickness, lower die opening, and tensile strength into the system, automatically determining the bending force and compensation values for exact pre-bulge every bend.
