Hydraulic System
1. Our system is driven by the renowned proportional servo valve group of German BOSCH company, featuring a compact structure with exceptional sealing performance, unmatched synchronous control precision, and an enduring lifecycle.
2. The oil pump, crafted through an esteemed American joint venture, incorporates an internal gear pump capable of withstanding high pressures while maintaining remarkably low noise levels.
3. The oil cylinder seal, expertly manufactured by Japan NOK company, exhibits low wear and zero leakage. Both the cylinder block and piston rod undergo one-time processing using Japan Toshiba's five-axis linkage floor boring and milling machine and Japan's Dari M132/300 CNC lathe. The cylinder's interior is honed while the piston rod's exterior is refined through vibration grinding.

Crowning Table
+1(V) axis: To uphold the pinnacle of machining accuracy, a mechanical tie rod deflection compensation worktable is specially incorporated. This feature controls the convex amount of the worktable, achieving precise deflection compensation along the entire table length. This ingenious compensation system consists of multiple wedge sets with varying angles, driven by motors to form ideal position-plus convex curves as per system signals. Perfect across-the-length compensation is realized, counteracting any deformation of the slider worktable under stress and enhancing part quality. The system allows for adjustable winding compensation between the worktable and slider based on ground pressure. The pre-convex amount of the convex device is precisely governed by a numerical control device. Once specifications such as sheet thickness, lower die opening, and tensile strength are input into the numerical control system, the system automatically determines the bending force and compensation values for the worktable and slider. Thus, a flawless pre-bulge is achieved with each bending cycle.
