Hydraulic System

Crowning Table

This specialized worktable masterfully adjusts the convexity across its entire length, utilizing multiple sets of wedges of varying angles driven by a motor to achieve an ideal convex curve according to system signals. This sophisticated setup ensures perfect compensation along the entire worktable, counteracting slider deformation under stress and enhancing part quality. The system allows for adjustable winding compensation between the worktable and slider, dictated by ground pressure.
