This compensation worktable, composed of multiple wedge sets with varying angles, is motor-driven to form optimal position plus convex curves as specified by the system's signal. This results in flawless compensation across the entire length, counteracting slider worktable deformation under stress and enhancing part quality. The winding compensation between worktable and slider adjusts to ground pressure, with pre-convex amounts managed by the numerical control device. Once sheet thickness, die opening, and tensile strength data are input into the control system, it automatically calculates the bending force and compensation values, ensuring precise pre-bulge with every bend.
