Main structure

Upper roller device

Lower roller device
The lower roller device consists of a lower roller, a sliding seat, an SF-2 composite bearing, a lower roller cylinder, a reducer servo, etc. It is driven by the lower roller cylinder to move up and down, and rotates by fitting with the upper roller.
Main transmission device
The main transmission device consists of a servo motor, a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, etc.
The main transmission can be reversed to provide power for the rolling of the plate. The lower roller of the plate rolling machine is the active roller, and the upper roller is the passive roller.

The frame is a steel plate welded part, and the base is welded by channel steel and steel plate. The frame, reducer, motor and base are combined into one.
Instructions for use
The upper and lower rollers of the machine are powered by a servo motor, while the feeding of the sheet and the rotation of the upper roller are driven by the friction between the sheet and the lower roller. The sheet is bent into an arc with different curvature radii by changing the relative position between the contact points of the two rollers and the metal plate.
When operating, first confirm that the two rollers are in a parallel state, first raise the lower roller to the position, then place the sheet in the center relative to the roller axis (offset affects the accuracy of the plate rolling), then press the roller motor button, the motor rotation button (the direction of rotation is consistent with the feeding direction of the metal plate), so that the upper and lower rollers rotate, drive the sheet to feed, and make the workpiece reach the required shape and size.
When unloading, lower the lower roller to the bottom, start the tipping cylinder, and after the tipping seat is tipped in place, the rolled workpiece is removed from the tipping side.
If the operation button is turned to the automatic position, the machine tool will automatically complete the entire process of a roll as long as the start button is pressed.
