This innovative feature allows for precise control over the convexity of the worktable, delivering accurate deflection compensation across its entire length. Multiple sets of wedges with varying angles, driven by a motor, create an ideal convex curve according to system signals. This ensures perfect deflection compensation, offsetting the slider's deformation under stress, and significantly enhancing part quality. Adjust the winding compensation based on ground pressure, with pre-convex amounts controlled via a numerical control device. Input sheet thickness, lower die opening, and tensile strength data into the control system to automatically determine the necessary bending force and compensation values, guaranteeing precise pre-bulge with every bend.
