Hydraulic System

By controlling the convex amount, it achieves accurate deflection compensation across the entire worktable length. The compensation worktable, crafted with multiple sets of wedges of varying angles, is motor-driven to form an ideal position plus convex curve based on system signals. This innovative approach ensures comprehensive compensation, counteracting deformation under stress and improving part quality. The adjustable winding compensation between the worktable and slider, modulated by ground pressure, is meticulously controlled by a numerical control device. After inputting sheet thickness, lower die opening, and tensile strength into the system, bending force and worktable and slider compensation values are automatically determined, guaranteeing a precise pre-bulge amount with each bending action.
